I streamed bioshock and csgo, then watched the rebroadcast. Once I got to csgo I noticed the quality wasnt very good and it seemed a tad bit jumpy. Can somebody tell me what I can improve the quality of my stream please?

Most of the problem could possibly be traced to the hook conflict, but watching your own stream isn't always good.

Also, it could just be twitch's player (which is still flash based) causing the jumpyness.

I wasnt watching my own stream. I just checked the past broadcast when I was done streaming. Any idea how to get my quality better?

I fixed the hook conflict by disabling steam overlay. Any tips to improve my stream quality?

You're not going to get any better quality than what you're already getting.
720p30's quality maxes out at around 2500kbit video.

Viewers getting stuttering on your stream usually indicate a routing issue between twitch and them and you actually need to turn your bitrate down.

lowering the preset in your case is a way to improve quality even though its only minimal, your cpu would probably be fine running on fast preset with 720p30 but dont expect too much its just a margin
