why on my laptop the screen is circled in yellow by OBS? and not on another PC?

Because your laptop is using WGC capture due to multiple GPUs.

Is there a cause and effect with the misuse of the integrated GPU when opening OBS?
Why is OBS using Windows Graphics Capture with multiple GPUs? Do I force the exclusive use of the Nvidia card?
