I need to record my whole display/desktop and over RDP. As a result, I think, the DXGI capture method and graphics setting does not work to avoid the yellow border. I have lived with this for a while.
Recently however, the yellow border became much thicker (at the same time as a border appeared around some other app windows).
Its now 6 px wide. Here is an example:
Anyone know what caused this?
