When I am live streaming to twitch.tv and am in an XB1 party chat with some friends; why can't anyone in my stream hear who I am talking to. I use a Blue Yeti Mic for the stream and Astro A40s for the game. Please Help.

There are several possibilities, one is that you are only sending your voice sound to your headset, and none of that sound is going to your capture device, in this case you need to configure the output in such that your capture device will receive voice chat too. I am assuming thats what you are looking for because of your mic offset.
If you're using a mix amp with your astros to get the sound to your PC then there are videos that can explain how to do it better than I can.

Hope this helps - taken from - https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/xbox-one-party-chat.20829/

Issue - OBS was not picking up ANY party chat on my Xbox One using A40 headset and amp
Fix - Xbox One settings > Devices & accessories > Xbox One Wireless Controller > Assign to someone > Guest

Basically for me I found that whenever i connected and disconnected the controller Party chat would get picked up on OBS for a brief second or two. By un-pairing it with your profile some how this allows party chat to come through and get recorded.

Hope this helps others, i drove me crazy and i've not seen this fix posted anywhere on my searches. I will be posting this in a couple of other OBS threads where it could help,
