Question / Help Xbox Camera/Audio Delay?

Been streaming for a little while, but my replays always have a 1-2 second delay in what's happening on screen and what I'm doing/saying in my camera/audio. I've already gone through settings and removed the two-second delay from there, but it appears to still be there.

Hey man, We meet again...
OpSupplyDrop guy right?
Are you using a Elgato? The Game Capture HD or The Game Capture HD60? Or some other?

You should be able to solve it to putting the Buffer on 0
can be found in the sources by right clicking the device source - Properties - "Use Buffering"

now if you noticed a mic desync, you will need to add a mic offset aswell.
you need to set your mic offset to 1400ms-1600ms
Can be found in OBS - Settings - Audio - Mic Sync Offset

and if you are using a webcam, you will need to also set that to the same amount of offset as the mic.
can be found in the sources by right clicking the webcam - Properties - "Use Buffering"

Have you done this already? I know you said you got rid of the delay you had but just making sure. Some people use global offset which offsets everything.

Well, I will most certainly give this a try, thanks Vaughn!
Think that's part of the problem, I wasn't using "device" I was doing a monitor capture.
I'm using a Hauppage, but I'll try this.
Ah, new problem, that's why I didn't use "Device Capture" in the first place, OBS doesn't support PVR 2 yet. Swell. Well, problem found!

Yea, that was my issues when I had my PVR 2, switch to Elgato then to a Avermedia PCIe card because it removes delay from console to PC which solved all my issues.
