So, i am curently playing Overwatch for a few months. And today i decided to stream it. I have put my resolutions to 1920x and 40fps, and my bitrate was 3500kbp/s, i have select x264 encoder. before i continue i will write my pc specs here quickly: amd fx 8350 4,0 ghz, nvidia gtx 550 Ti 1gb, 8gb of ram, mbo is asrock 970 extreme 3, psu is corsair cx 500, and windows 10. My internet speed is 30/7 mbp/s
At first everything was smooth until i got into close combat, than my fps dropped drastically, it did happened few tmes in a row so i decided to ( disable my turbo core ) bcuz some people said it will help me with streaming. And i did, i did not feel any fps drops after that. Now i would like to ask you: if i buy a MSI GTX 1060 6gb, and i change to nvenc option in my obs and stream Overwatch again, will i get better stream quality and performance for viewers or it will be still the same? Sory for my english its not my main language.

(if you look closely, every once in a while theres a orange icons popping up at my left side of my screen) they shows up when i feel a little drops
