Question / Help x264 or nvenc for my particular laptop

Hi Everyone,

I need your advice on which encoder to use for streaming (not recording). I bought an Asus ROG 553VD laptop with the following specs:

1) Intel i7-7700HQ 2.8GHz
2) NVIDIA GeForce GTX1050 DDR5 2GB
3) 8 gigabytes of RAM
4) 1 terabyte Hard Drive, 7200rpm

NVENC will have less impact on your system.

Use Simple output mode and the recording quality presets for best results.
