Resolution Help

I have an issue with what I think is my screen resolution. I have a 1920x1080 resolution but it's detected as 1536x864. This is a problem because when I stream the further away from the top left corner I move my mouse the more misaligned it gets. This resolution is an issue with other things as well so I feel like it's a broader problem, for example when I take a screenshot in python it takes a screenshot of dimension 1536x864 with 0,0 being at the top left corner.
