Question / Help Would my laptop as a streamer pc work better?

Hi, so I have a Asus G751JY that i don't really use for much anymore and was wondering if It would be powerful enough to run a smoother stream than using my gaming pc for both streaming and gaming/doing stuff.
Also, what capture card would you recommend?

Internet speed is 90 up and 90 down.

Gaming pc specs:
i7 6700
16 gb ram
980 4gb

laptop:
i7 4710HQ
16 gb
980 m

I would recommend not streaming really on the same pc you are gaming on, that laptop should be okay but not as fast as your desktop it would still be doing one thing, thus probably better.
