Workaround for Arc Raiders chat issue?

Streaming from xbox series x to stream dedicated pc. I have an issue with game chat not playing through speakers on xbox, only on arc raiders. This seems to be a bug with arc raiders itself, but I was curious to see if anyone else is having this issue and what their temporary solution is.
 
Yes, I have the issue where Arc party chat is not captured in OBS but the prox chat is. Apparently the party audio will not go over the HDMI cable. Was using a EVGA lite capture card but ordered the Elgato 4k S with Chat Link cable and arrives today. Also had to buy a new wired headset because everything points to capturing the voice chat out of the controller. Hope this resolves the issue.
