Looking at the dump file you posted, it looks like this crashed upon loading of OBS Studio
The thread that crashed involved enc-amf encoder calling into amfrt64.dll
AMFRT64.DLL is the AMD Advanced Media Framework Encoder Plugin
Looking at the Plugin page, there was an update of AMFRT 64.DLLto version 2.1.5 a few days ago. Upgrade with the new version.
This plugin gets installed in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\amfrt64.dll as you can see listed in the Loaded modules section of your dump file.
