I am getting this same problem. Nothing I do can get it to work, that's including reinstalling the application.

When I look at the windows application log it says:
Faulting application name: obs64.exe, version: 26.0.2.0, time stamp: 0x5f7ca479
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.18362.1171, time stamp: 0x103a4719
Exception code: 0xc0000374

ok, discovered how to fix it. reinstall OBS and remove all user settings. My issue was my HDML Cloner Pro had an driver update issue. When I did a full reinstall including all new settings I was able to make everything work okay.
