Won't Record or Install after Uninstallation

So I downloaded OBS recently to record and stream Binding if Isaac: Rebirth, but it would never show up on the actual software, even though other games showed up just fine. I tried to uninstall the software and reinstall, but this error message appeared:

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

The installation problem seems to have corrected itself, yet the recording is still coming up blank. Is there anything that could fix this?
