Question / Help wont let me record or stream

Hi so i have just recently fixed the OBS so that there was no longer just a black box so I can now see my screen and see what I am doing... however whenever I try to record or stream myself an error window pops up.... I have updated all my drivers but it still isn't letting me record and I don't know what is wrong... please help aha.....

The 940mx doesn't support nvenc, you're going to need to change your encoder in settings - output.
The sources you're trying to use are not set right for your computer.
