Question / Help Wireless camera won't restart playback we reconnected

I'm having a problem where my wireless camera if it goes down for a second or so for whatever reason. OBS won't try to reconnect to it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you using media source or vlc source to add the camera?

Media. I couldn't find a way for it to work over vlc

You add the camera's address as a url to the vlc source playlist.

I've tried that but it didn't work. The video isn't coming through. But it does on vlc itself and media

I did some more research and found a VLC that works. VLC 2.2.4
Problem is now, it's showing a frame every few seconds. I hope changing the settings will fix this
