windows10 (1903 and up) greyed out and don't record seperate windows

Hi.
I am using hp obelisk with 2080 graphic card. 32G ram.
OBS record stopped recording seperate windows and show black screen. (It does record displays)
When this happend, I used to go to the property capture method and click windows 10 (1903 and up) and solved the problem.
But about a few months ago after the upgrade, the option is greyed out as an attached file.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the program but the problem remains.

How I could I fix this problem?

1. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
2. The OpenGL renderer should not be used on Windows, as it is not well optimized and can have visual artifacting. Switch back to the Direct3D renderer in Settings > Advanced.

I've run this as admin but the problem persists.
I've checked the setting in OBS 27.1.3 and there are not even option of open GL as in the screen capture in the attachment.
But the log files says I am using open GL.
Very strange .

OBS isn't able to initialize the directx renderer, so it's falling back to Opengl. Try to reinstall your video driver. Do a complete video driver reinstall. Also reinstalling OBS might help.

I am having same problem. Not able to select the option
