Bug Report Windows Update: Now Audio Monitoring Doesn't Work HELP

Setting up stream for tonight, and no sound coming out of any of the monitored sources. Game capture or MP4 videos I have activated. .The Desktop audio bar doesn't move which tells me its the OBS not routing the audio to my desktop.

Is this a bug anyone noticed? I just had the big Windows update installed while i was at work today.

This is a WIndows problem - it'll have changed your Default device to something different. In OBS Settings, Audio choose the specific devices in the drop down box for Desktop Audio Device
