Question / Help windows movie maker minecraft problem

I recently downloaded this recording app and it records great for minecraft, but when I take the video to windows movie maker to edit it, the picture gets messed up. small detailed items look really blurry in movie maker, but in obs it looks fine. What should I do?

not sure if this is an OBS issue...

just a pointer, I think WMM preview screen downgrades quality. Ever try to render a piece of the video to see what it looks like in VLC?

Yes, the Windows Movie Maker preview is intentionally lower quality to make the program run faster. If you render it out, it should be fine.
