Question / Help Windows HP Notebook functional?

Hello, I've been trying to download OBS Studios to my Windows HP Notebook, but when I tried to open the file from the download bar, it says that it has been removed. And I've been wondering if OBS Studios works on HP Notebook or not?

Sounds like you have an overparanoid antivirus deleting the file before you use it.

My antivirus software found it safe now, so everything's good. Thanks for help though.
