windows graphics capture disabled

I have updated my windows to 10.0.19042 build 19042 (Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0), but option windows graphics capture for window capture still gray and i cann't select it. Also have a CaptureService running.
I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 with latest drivers, if it matters.
What can be a problem an how could I fix it?

You've enabled the opengl renderer which is unsupported.
