Bug Report Windows explorer has stopped working?

Somehow this happened when I closed all open windows but I did not have OBS running.

When I run OBS does it attach it's hooks into everything but doesn't terminate them when closed or is something weird going on?

Somehow you put the game capture hook into explorer, just means you may have selected an explorer window with game capture or that it tried to do it on one of those windows. (can also happen if you use game capture's hotkey on them). Shouldn't have caused it to crash, but thank you for reporting it. Maybe I'll try to get windows stuff blacklisted from that list.
