Question / Help Windows, desktop, single graphics, window capture black screen.

I've disabled my integrated graphics card from the bios, and I cannot see any graphics option but my GTX1060 in the Nvidia control panel.
Using window capture can only see the black screen, I've read the sticky post, and I believe that is not my issue.

BTW, why cannot I use the experimental functionality "subtitles"? My language is Chinese.

I've re-uploaded logs, thanks.

I just open the OBS, add a new window capture, and choose my browser as its target window
And then it shows me a black screen.

With chrome, you need to disable hardware acceleration IN CHROME to be able to window capture it.
