Bug Report Windows Capture Stuck/Frozen

I don't really understand this but whenever i'm trying to use the Window Capture on the Twitch TV chat popup OBS only shows 1 frame of it. Nothing updates even when I close both OBS and the popup window and reopen. I tried using both Firefox and Chrome but it's only not working on the Twitch site I think which is really weird.

Any ideas why this is happening? I'm trying to have an overlay with the Twitch chat that includes all the icons and emoticons, not that plain text IRC method.

This is a known issue with twitch chat, I don't know if it's caused by the browser window or by the chat's renderer, but it's something I haven't figured out yet.

For capturing the Firefox Twitch pop out chat I use this addon and style, it works fine with window capture.
