Hello, all
I just built a PC because my old one couldn't handle OBS and streaming. However, whenever I try to stream games on OBS, whether on an emulator or an actual game I purchased through Steam(both in windowed mode for window capture), the game either keeps running but is unresponsive(emulator) or it pauses the window(Fallout 4 for example).
I've been trying to figure this out because Fallout 4 wasn't doing this initially and another game, Metal Gear Rising, didn't do it when I tested it out. Is there some setting that I need to fix? I keep searching but I don't see any info on this issue.
