Bug Report Windows 8 Borderless ''frame drops''

Hello, first my specs:

. NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024MB GDDR5
. Intel Core i7-3610QM - 2,30 - 3,30GHz 6MB 45W "Ivy Bridge"
. 8GB (2x4096) SO-DIMM DDR3 RAM 1600MHz CORSAIR Vengeance
. 500GB / 4GB SATA-II SSH 7200U/Min Seagate Momentus XT 7200.1 (ST95005620AS)

(as you can see from the Ms, its a Notebook)

And now the problem:
When I am playing in Borderless-Mode, the top right corner still says that I have 60+ fps. But while playing it feels like 25-30fps.

Is there any way to fix it, or is it a problem with Windows 8? I wanted to stream again after installing W8 on my Notebook but as it seems it is impossible for me to stream again with my Borderless-Mode lagging like this.

Also: My Windows Interface (open Windows etc.) seem rather laggy when I start FFsplit/xSplit. And if I stream other games, for example, osu! on windowed mode, these games seem to lagg aswell.

Concluding from that I suppose it is not a problem with LoL but with Windows 8, but googling did not help at all, so I am wondering if there are other people using Windows 8 and having similar problems or none at all.

Top right corner? You mean bottom left corner? If possible, I would like to see a log file.

With top right corner, I mean in LoL (the game). Beside the Pingbar.
Ill try to get the logfile later.

Edit: With OBS I have problems choosing the game source.

Bump oh wait I didn't include the log file.. why am I bumping?
Another way to fix this problem would be to show me how to actually add Gamesources. After choosing League of Legends Client TM and adding it to the sources, my screen just stays pitch black while I am tabbed into the game.
Seems like I need some Libraries, but I do not have any idea how to do that :/

The menus and the game are two separate programs. Are you in game when you add LoL via game capture?

Yeah I tested Both, Loading Screen and beeing ingame.
But now I noticed OBS says something about 'needing libraries'
Since I am using a 64 Bit system, I downloaded the 64bit version. But as I can see from the Taskmanager and from OBS, LoL is 32bit.

So do I have to use the 32 bit version? .. Well I already tried... did not help aswell :x

^This when I tried to use the 32 Bit version and Gamecapture for LoL.

And here is an exmaple, a full game as Graves:
http://de.twitch.tv/loliconpriest/b/353890814

As you can see my FPS is only 40ish and pls ignore my terrible ADCplay, I didn't play for quite some time xD
And it is streamed in Borderlessmode without Gamecapture, since that did not work xD
here is the Log: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cmW ... wT4uY/edit

Yeah, don't use anything other than veryfast, there's almost 0 reason to ever change the preset. Medium will slow down even super high end rigs, it's not a preset meant for livestreaming, generally.

Did that, but then there was an update today, and I tried Game Capture Mode again.

This time it worked, that means: I do not have to use Borderlessmode -> No frame drops. Thanks tho!
