Bug Report Windows 8.1 Streaming Fails

Using the same settings I used in Windows 7 successfully, I'm getting a messed up image. Don't know how to explain it so posting a pic.

Not sure what's causing it. The preview screen on OBS looks fine, but this is what Twitch shows.

Does the problem continue after deleting your %appdata%/OBS/shaderCache folder?
