Bug Report Windows 8.1 SmartScreen blocks the executable

This didn't happen with any other application I tried to install, only OBS.
I am running Windows 8.1 and when I ran the installation, it blocks the executable with some Windows SmartScreen prevention screen. You have to click 'More info' and then 'Run anyway' to continue with the installation.

I'm not sure if this is counted as a bug or if it can be fixed, just something that I couldn't find when searching, and might scare users away.
Sorry I couldn't get a screenshot, it wouldn't show the message after I ran the installation.

This is not really a bug, this is how smartscreen works. It should go away eventually once more people download it.

Ok, I just have never seen it before. Wasn't sure if there was a way to fix it.
