Bug Report Windows 8.1 [fixed in 0.582b]

Hey all

On Windows 8, OBS has been working flawlessly for me, but when I tried Windows 8.1 RTM a while back I got major fps loss in various games. So i figured that it probably was some sort of a drivers program, since after all the OS wasnt really released yet.

Yesterday I upgraded to the released version of Windows 8.1, and unfortunatly I still have the same problem where the performance is bad, and I even saw a fps loss while streaming with Quicksync which arent supposed to happen.

Am I the only one experiencing this?

Thanks for pointing this out, if possible could you email me your D3D9.dll from both C:\windows\system32 and C:\windows\syswow64? If you do I can fix the performance issue.

Edit: Got them, and fixed the problem in 0.582b

Well all I can say is good job. Performance with the new build is even better than it was on win 8 I feel like. A lot smoother now.

They updated the binaries again and someone has to send me the files once again.
