Hello everyone,
I'm running a budget setup
AMD 3.8 quadcore turbo
16 gig ddr 3
Nvidia 980 gtx 4g
I've been doing my best to research optimizations for this system so my g/f can stream things like rust on good settings and other various GPU/CPU intense games and I just want to ask a obvious question
Does anyone find Windows 7 to run better than 10 when streaming on OBS ? Does OBS use less CPU on 7?
I would have to say I am pretty educated on all of the different things one would do to get OBS to run on any setup as best it can but I figured I would ask this before I start overclocking stuff- that's about the only option I have left besides dropping a large amount of money on a better processor.
