First - I use Windows 7
I am also one of those who are suffering from very low framerate upon opening OBS. The lag is everywhere. All windows, all movement on screen - disapears when closing OBS.
I have attached 2 log files. One from Feb 27 when I recorded a game without issues and one from today, June 16th where I have major FPS drops.
I record, never stream, but like I said it's apparent as soon as I fire up OBS, even on my screen just dragging the mouse around or opening and closing windows.
The OBS version in the two different log files is the same (19.0.3). My computer specs hasn't changed. I have done what I can to make sure that there is a consistency in order to try and troubleshoot this issue.
The things that has changed is the patch level (patch tuesday from our dear friends at Microsoft) and the version of my graphics driver.
I tried upgrading to 21.1.2 but it has not helped. The issue is still there.
