Question / Help windows 7 directx 11 issues?

i am running directx 11 on win 7. tried to get 10 but 11 is the only one available for win 7...drivers are all up to date. any suggestions? i know there has to be ppl streaming with OBS on win 7. thank you

As the error message says, your hardware does not properly support DirectX 10. You will be unable to use OBS on this machine as your graphics chipset is simply too old.
