Windows 11 randomly tabbing out of my games only when I am live

So when I am streaming I notice randomly my game will tab out no matter what I do it also opens up my taskbar when it does it, I notice it more when I use to display or window capture than game capture, I use game capture on most of my games, but Display and window capture are sadly the only way to stream Destiny 2 and since its the main game I stream I am trying everything to fix it My games run in admin and I turned off admin in obs to see if that did anything and it did not. This did not happen when I was on windows 10 to my knowledge but I have made the switch to windows 11 when my computer started acting up and I had to reinstall windows anyways.
My recent log I just played Lego Star Wars to recreate it and it did do it once.
