It seems I made a mistake buying the new Microsoft Surface Pro laptop with Snapdragon ARM64 processors. OBS appears to install and run correctly, however, I cannot view the virtual camera in any application. I even switched the DLLs to register the virtual camera as laid out here, https://obsproject.com/kb/windows-on-arm. I have rebooted, reinstalled, disabled the firewall, turned off camera access to all other applications and other recommendations found online but nothing works.
I can only find an x64 installer with guidance to swap DLLs here, https://obsproject.com/kb/windows-on-arm.
