Windows 11 black screen - nothing I have tried works - PLEASE HELP

I'm trying to record my game and nothing I do seems to help. I've watched soo many videos on things that may help and still nothing. I've changed the GPU settings, unplugged everything and plugged it back in. This is not a laptop by the way. I'm using an Elgato HD60 X capture card and it seems to be getting a signal in OBS but its always a black screen. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated <3
