I only noticed this yesterday, but it'd been a few days since I last booted OBS. After restarts, this issue persists. It's weird.
OBS just doesn't minimise to the system tray properly any more. Under settings -> general -> system tray, all the settings are enabled. That's never changed. But yesterday it stopped going to the system tray when minimised, it just hangs out in the task bar.
But what's weirder still is that the OBS icon does appear in the system tray when these settings are all ticked. OBS is there in the system tray but it's there on the taskbar as well. In addition, if it's set to 'minimise to system tray when started', when I start the program it acts normally; flashes briefly then disappears and stays exclusively in system tray...until I click it, at which point it comes up like normal, then minimise just leaves it in taskbar.
I thought the issue might have been related to the last change I made to OBS, which was installing OBS.Live (a StreamElements-developed plugin), but this behaviour also started happening on a second, portable install of OBS that doesn't have any plugins at all at the same time.
I've attached a log, from just opening OBS -> bringing to focus -> minimise (should go to ST, just goes to taskbar) -> bring back to focus -> close.
