Question / Help Windows 10 OBS Lag and windows shell Crashing

I know there is likely a Thread about this, but most of them are pretty old.
Windows Version:
Windows 10 Version 1511
Nvidia Drivers:
vers 364.72
Windows shell/start menu keeps lags when using Monitor/Desktop Capture.
and can't right click on folders to close programs anymore after recording/streaming
when launching W10 Calculator/photo they crash.

I was wondering if anyone had this problem before I reformat Windows 10.

Using Window Capture on Browser, I derped....
But would love to see if anyone has a solution to the Monitor/desktop Capture

Same Issue on OBS multiplatform - Windows start menu keeps lagging when using Desktop capture and cant right klick on folders or programs anymore.
Updated Windows - after that i could use my mouse on the freeze - before win 10 update the whole computer freezes

Don't know a solution :/

Changing from H.264 to NVENC H.264 codec Helped A LOT!!!
No laggs - Gameplay (Rust) while streaming at constant 130 - 170 FPS!

Problem with not capable of rightclicking windows task bar NOT SOLVED!
Opening windows start-menu causes Computer freezes of 10 secs.

But i can live with it! Hope future Updates will fix it!

I solved it, just run OBS as administrator and as windows 7 !
