Did you get Creators update??
If yes that's the case... Microsoft changed something in their system. I think that caused the problem.
In my opinion We need to wait for updates of Windows, because I see you use same build as mine. I suggest you to get back to previous build and BLOCK the Creators Update

How can I turn it off... In that settings menu
EDIT:
founded it, it works it a solution to our problem GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!
EDIT2:
Can't record with AMD graphics drivers 17.4.2 any solution for this???

For me not, and it's crashing again with smart screen disabled. I don't know what is happening now....
But 32 bit OBS is working- still can't record with AMF Encoder
And it said That can't run the outpu and I need to check drivers. I don't know what is happening

have in mind - i have a CLEAN INSTALL of Win10 Creators - not just installed the update -> so you need to remove your AMD driver with DDU and install it again (after reboot) - use 17.4.2

it should run - Xaymar (Dev for AMF Plugin) and me running it now without problems - he cant reproduce that bug - so its your corrupt windows install

hehe - now its again not working -> even with disabled smart screen // looks like Windows jerking around with AMD driver

Yep. Even my Vegas Pro 14 stopped working with creators update.
So I don't know what to do. I'll try clean install of AMD drivers.
Then We'll see what is going on

EDIT:
Yeeep... DDU won't start, searching for something else
Wiping all drivers out with AMD tool

So I think it's time for Reinstalling whole windows
I hate that... Gonna do backup of files and I'll get started with that
Or try to repair the windows with some commands. If that doesn't work, gonna reinstall windows

wait - for me its the old "WU-CCC2" bug -> windows is installing its driver over my driver -> there is a fix for that -> will post it here

hehe - reinstalled driver (after reboot it worked) - reboot again resulting in error again -> looks like amd or ms have to release updates

Perhaps yes, so can You tell me how I can install my own driver over windows driver? (it'll give me some ability to end my work with some videos)

I can see in your logs you're using RivaTuner Statistics Server, have you tried closing it or upgrading it to 7.0.0 beta? That fixed the crashing for me.
That isn't connected to the Vegas PRO 14 problem becasue I have problem with it too.
In 99% it's Windows Creators Update fault
But I'll try

EDIT:
Here is the deal. Updating RivaTuner Statistic Server repaired the crashing of OBS, but I still can't record, gonna try reboot and then tell you.
So after rebooting my PC, the OBS stopped crashing, but I still get the message there is something wrong with output and I need to update drivers of AMD GPU (done that and no change posting log too)
ANOTHER EDIT:
For me worked updating the RivaTuner Statistic Server to 7.0.0 BETA, and I changed the output resolution (was badly set as you can see in the log)
So for now i have no problems at all

So the ultimate fix is or updating the RivaTuner to 7.0.0 or disabling it
Second thing I repaired my recording error by chaning the scaling resolution (it was set wrong for some reason)
So thank you guys for all intrest in that thread/topic.
We should make a video of that repair if someone have same issue, becasue it seems like MSI have that Afterburner app that comes with RivaTuner so that was the case.
I mean RivaTuner was a case of that crashes for OBS and Vegas Pro 14 too.

So one more time:
THANK YOU FOR ALL ANSWERS AND ALL YOUR WORK IN THAT PROBLEM

That crash is consistent with Game Capture using the memory capture method, rather than shared texture. What game are you trying to capture?

Alliance of Valiant Arms

Maybe I completely removed and reinstalled? because 17.0.2 After removing, install 18.0.1 using the former settings
english setting & chinese setting look different...
