Question / Help Windows 10 keeps crashing, blue screen

Hello
My windows PC keeps crashing, blue screen ( windows 10 ) I'm useing an external sound card (M AUDIO), however regardless of weather its plugged in or not it will always happen, somtimes it might take 10 minutes, other times it could be 1 hour..
I've honesty tried everything under the sun and its beat me, can anybody help?

Just to add the PC will only crash if OBS is open, all drivers etc are up to date
