Question / Help Windows 10 + borderless full screen

So basically when I capture in borderless mode the game runs pretty choppy while the stream runs quite smooth. When I run in fullscreen the game/stream runs pretty decent. I am using game capture and ive tried monitor capture with the same results.

Different systems will capture differently according to your PC specs... you didn't really post a question, are you not satisfied with running full screen w/ game capture?
