Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2, OS build 19045.2728
When running OBS, look at Windows 10 "App volume and device preferences" window.
You will see a control for OBS containing a Output drop down list for OBS.
Internally, OBS could be streaming, recording, and monitoring.
It is unclear what internal OBS audio is being sent to the
Windows 10 "App volume and device preferences" OBS output.
