Question / Help Windowed Mode Resolutions

I don't know what changed with this newest update but I can't get OBS to stream my games while they are in windowed mode correctly at 1440x900 or 1600x900. I cannot get it to resize correctly in the preview window so the game ends up too big and is cut off on stream. When I try to downscale it I end up with black borders.

Edit: I should probably also mention that this happens while using Game Capture.

I tried changing that along with "force scaling".

Try to recreate your game capture sources. Is it similar: Game resizing after scene change? to your issue?. It is not clear how you cannot scale down your sources (there is cropping+scale and you can get any size and any aspect ratio).
