Question / Help Windowed Mode Problem?

Can anyone explain why this is happening? It was fine and the game was full screen until I used Alt+Enter and now it won't cover the entire screen. I restarted my pc, reinstalled OBS, and searched Google/Youtube and can't figure this out.
