Question / Help window_capture : no app selectable

Hi,

on m win7 64bit is tried with obs19.02 to catch a single application window..
But as i added a wondow capture source I got an empty list of possible application windows.

I tested the same on a win10 64bit.and it worked as expected.

What went wrong . ( I have Kaspersky IS on win7)

Exclude obs64.exe and obs32.exe from your antivirus software.

Thanks for your help, but this doesn't help. Any further suggestions ?
There is no entry in the selection box. And no preview in the selection preview window.
Is there any chace to do a more detailed log or debug ?
