Please follow pinned post about providing OBS Studio log from a recent/latest streaming or recording session (NOT just opening OBS Studio)
And the log only provides a certain amount of detail. So also provide some context of physical connectivity (using ElGato capture card?), audio devices and paths, etc. Technical details might matter

Beware common AI hallucinations... that and well-documented recent Windows OS audio bug (supposedly fixed recently)
