Question / Help Window recordings "gluing" to the edges of the screen

Hey people!

This has been annoying me for the longest time now and I couldn't figure out how to get rid of it.

I can't move my osu! window, neither cam because if I do, it glues to the edge, and then i have to drag it to.. unglue (xD) it and if i move it a tiny bit it glues again! I just want to have borders around them, that's all, but it's impossible until i fix this...

Can someone help me solve this? Thanks!

Hold ctrl while dragging on use the arrow keys for pixel movements

Lol. Holding CTRL seems to solve this. Allright sorry everyone for bugging you, have a nice day, this is solved :)
