Bug Report Window Capture

Hello, maybe im doing something wrong but when im trying to use window capture for a game im streaming (so only the game screen is visible even when im alt tabbed), it has black screen until i set the game into window mode and back. I dont like having to switch to windowed game mode every time i start streaming, is there a fix?

Let me help the experts clarify some stuff first so that they can help you better. So basically you're trying to stream the game with just OBS and when the game is in full screen mode you just get a black screen. When you switch it to windowed mode you're able to stream but it's just a hassle?

If I'm not wrong OBS is unable to capture full screen games yet but Jim is working on it.

Window capture can't show a fullscreen game. You'll either need a program like Dxtory to hook a fullscreen game or wait for Jim to finish the game capture feature for OBS.
