Question / Help Window Capture Wont work right

I use the Hauppauge Capture Software and window capture it into obs. whenever i try and window capture it. It Captures everything but the game play that is being shown on the Hauppauge Capture. It used to work on my old laptop but since i got my new pc it wont work and ive reinstalled both programs no difference.

This is happening to me as well, i try to find a cropping tool to get it to just be the gameplay. I have been attempting to find a way to fix it for over 2 hours now.
