Question / Help Window capture with single monitor

So, i'm trying to set-up a stream with only single monitor (Yes i know, 2 would help and i wouldn't even have this problem) and every other issue has been tackled so far.
(Don't really know much about this kind of things so bear with me)

But the one that keeps being quite persistent is the window capturing a client. (League of legends)
The issue is that while yes, it sets up nicely, finds the client and all, but if there's literally anything over it (browser, discord, spotify, obs itself etc)
It show's the spot on monitor where the client is, correct size and all but it displays whatever it is that's currently over the client instead of the client that's under... say browser or spotify.

Is there something that can be done about this, so that OBS would properly display the client even if it was under browser or spotify?
(Or is it simply the problem of having a single monitor.....?)

Thanks in advance

Aero is enabled as default, i haven't changed any of the default settings (apart from rates)

There's screenshots on how it's acting up

The 1st ones where the Client is on top and how i'd like it to show it always.
The 2nd is if there's something over it, captures the spot it's on but it shows the stuff over it.
