Question / Help Window Capture with another window overlaying

Heya,

as I'm trying to improve my stream I tried to include a cutout of my browser. Yet I usually have another window of the same browser or another browser on top of the window that I want that cutout from.
Unfortunately, the window capture seems to work more like a monitor capture and captures anything that is on top of the cutout :/

Does anyone know how to only capture the cutout from that window it was assigned to?
