Window Capture Source dupping

So. I am trying to record Eternal Senia. The game runs in Windowed mode so I use a Window Capture, that works perfectly. I also have 2 other Window Capture , one for livesplit.exe and one for nohboard.exe . Those are the ones that are broken. If I load up one, it'll dup to the other, and vice versa. Only way to fix this is to load up the other, go into the settings for that Window Capture Source, change the .exe to anything else, then change it back to the original .exe .
